No one likes to pay an attorney.  At different times in my life, I've had the need to retain the services of an attorney, which means I've had to pay the legal fees associated with that representation.  I've been in your shoes. I get it.

When you enter a law firm housed in a marble-floored office in an upscale commercial district, chocked full of tertiary legal personnel, all that added expense is passed on to the client.  Huge brick-and-mortar law firms mean overhead.  And overhead means increased legal fees - more money you have to pay in order to maintain your attorney's business.

My experience has shown me that there is a class of individuals who are grossly underserved by the legal community.  These are clients who make too much money to qualify for the services of the Public Defender but don't make enough money to afford exorbitant legal fees.  This is where my firm comes in.  I believe that clients in this situation shouldn't have to make the difficult decision to represent themselves.  That's why I offer flexible payment terms for client legal fees.

Obtaining legal representation shouldn't bankrupt you.  This is one of my foundational beliefs.  You deserve quality legal services at reasonable prices.

When you're involved in a dispute between yourself and the government, you feel like you're defending attacks from all sides.  The last thing you want to do is feel like you have to fight with your attorney, too.

Your attorney should be in your corner.  Your attorney should be your trusted ally.  Your attorney may not always tell you things you want to hear, but he should tell you what you need to hear.  A client should not have to feel like they have to clash with their attorney to get them to advocate on their behalf.
